Helpful Hints
After you purchase a membership, a code will be generated for you to redeem for appointments and also a link for you to schedule your appointments!
The code or email used to purchase is needed to redeem appointments on a package.
When a code, or email associated with a package code is used towards an appointment, it will deduct that appointment from the balance of your package.
After you have used up all appointments on your code, the code will become invalid.
When you are scheduling an appointment, you can enter a code on the second page right before paying or on the payment page. This will also remind you if you have any codes to redeem for the appointment based on the email address you entered.
These Membership Terms and Conditions are an agreement between the Member and Whiskers Cat Café.
First month’s payment plus a $10.00 processing fee is required for sign up and is NOT refundable and non-transferable. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances. Memberships paid upfront are not refundable under any circumstances.
This Membership Program is personal and only available to persons over the age of 18. The membership and benefits cannot be used by anyone other than the individual members.
Membership will be confirmed via email and can only be redeemed through online appointments. Each member has a unique membership code which will be sent in the confirmation email. This membership code must be entered when making online reservations for the Cat Room. Walk-in appointments are not included.
All reservations for the Cat Lounge under the Membership must be made in advance online and are based upon availability.
In the event of misuse of the membership, Whiskers Cat Café reserves the right to terminate the member’s Monthly Membership. Such misuse may include, but is not limited to, failure to pay membership fees, violation of Cat Room rules, violation of these Membership Terms and Conditions, criminal actions, and behavior which is disruptive or shows a lack of respect towards Whiskers Cat Café employees, patrons, or cats.
Whiskers Cat Café reserves the right to terminate the Monthly Membership Program for any reason upon thirty (30) days notice to members. Any such notice will be sent via email.
Should the Monthly Membership have to be discontinued due to conditions pertaining to any statute, laws, legislation, a court decision or a prohibition by applicable authorities, Whiskers Cat Café will not be held responsible for any losses to the individual member that may ensue from this termination. Whiskers Cat Café will, as reasonably possible, attempt to inform individual members as soon as possible if the circumstances described under this point should arise.
Members can cancel their membership at any time by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Whiskers Cat Café. Cancellation must be sent to the address below and will take effect thirty (30) days from the date on which Whiskers Cat Café receives notice of cancellation. If your next billing date is less than thirty (30) days from your notice date, you will be charged for one final month.
